Sluit je dan aan als Cluster Human Resources Coordinator bij het Crowne Plaza Amsterdam – South, voco The Hague en Holiday Inn Voorburg! Standplaats Den Haag of Amsterdam, in overleg.
Your Day-To-Day
Ondersteuning geven op het gebied van instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van personeel
Ondersteuning bij wervings- en selectieprocedures (administratieve afhandeling e.d.)
Administratieve taken bij in- en uitdiensttreding (in- en uitdienstprocedure)
Signaleren van bepaalde afloopdata van bijvoorbeeld arbeidsovereenkomsten, werkvergunning, visa, Long Service Awards en proeftijd
Verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en communicatieve ondersteuning en de uitvoering van dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse werkzaamheden, inclusief rapportages. Daartoe ook mede het verwerken van urenregistratie
Bijhouden van de personeelsfiles en verwerken van mutaties
Beheren van geautomatiseerde personeelsinformatiesysteem
Ondersteuning bij ziek- en herstelmeldingen en controle op Wet Verbetering Poortwachter
Vervaardigen van HR statistics
Verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van de input van de salarisadministratie
Het coördineren en organiseren van sociale evenementen zoals jubilea, Kerst, Sinterklaas, jaarlijks personeelsfeest en IHG evenementen
Trainingsbehoefte identificeren en het leuk vinden onderdeel te zijn om deze uit te voeren
Een leer en ontwikkelingscultuur in het hotel wil bevorderen en begeleiden, en de benodigde administratie bijhouden
Wie ben jij?
Hotelschool, Personeel & Organisatie of andere relevante opleiding
Operationele ervaring in de horeca is een pre
Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
Stressbestendig
Cijfermatig inzicht
Nauwkeurig
Mensenkennis
Integer, betrouwbaar
Kan goed prioriteiten stellen
