Meeting & Events Coordinator

Position Overview

The Meetings and Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of meetings, conferences, and events. This role involves coordinating all logistical aspects, ensuring that each events runs smoothly from planning to billing and meets the objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Your Main Responsibilities

Event Planning and Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute groups meetings, and events from proposal to completion.
  • Follow up on enquiries and support conversion .
  • Managing the technical aspect of bookings once confirmed and prepare function sheets for operation meetings
  • Follow up on post event feedback with the event booker
  • Follow up on billing and invoicing related to groups meetings and events
  • Analyse event success and areas for improvement, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Be part of commercial promotional activations for meetings and events
  • Support meeting and events executives in finalizing their respective bookings and events.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Possible part time.


Responsible business

  • You are aware of the Fire Life Safety and Safety standards of your department and you know how to use these.
  • You’ll work following the Green Engage Standards.

What we need from you

  • Secondary Hotel School or Hotel Management
  • Speaks and writes fluently Dutch and English
  • Numerical insight and analytical skills
  • Able to prioritize
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills and good telephone technique
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Opera is a plus
  • Well-groomed appearance
