Mental Health is an important aspect for overall wellbeing of each person. It includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being and affects our way of handling stress, relating to others and making choices.
Working in the hotel can be quite stressful, with the constant need of communication with the guests and colleagues. So staying mentally healthy is highly important for working productively and coping with the stress.
We have asked our employees to share what they do to stay mentally healthy.
What do you do for your mental helath?

How do you cope with the stressful work?

« I sign in the choir in the church. I think that is what really calms me down »-Joy, kitchen.
