This room is a combination of 2 our meeting rooms, Times and Square. Times-Square is the perfect room for mid-size events such corporate presentations and talks. It can accommodate 20 people in boardroom style and 91 people in theatre style. The natural daylight is great for all participants, and heavy curtains are there if you need to make the room darker and the lunch area is directly accessible form this room. Fresh still and sparkling water is included with all our rooms. Would you need anything else, like a coffee break with snacks, a digital screen for your Powerpoint, a conference call system or a flipchart, let us know. We can have it arranged for you.
